we have snow on the ground also - it's beautiful if you don't have to be out in it!

It is so lovely! As long as those roads get salted, anyway.

How pretty!
We got a nice bit of snow and a lot of sleet. My yard looks nice, and the dog just loves it! He was running around like a nut in it last night in the freezing cold and howling wind, swooshing his tail aorund and looking at me with those 'come play with me' eyes!

It was a bust here also. It only measured about 3 in., most of it ice.

My dog likes it also UI..but only for a couple of minutes.

Yep, it's not as bad here, but all the same it's cold.

I am NOT looking forward to breaking out equipment tonight. We're playing out again at Big Al's here in Charlottesville and it is freezing.

No snow. We get ice, but almost never get snow in Central Texas. I miss it. Last night it was 20 degrees and the high today was in the upper 30's. Pretty weird for this part of the country, even in February. But I'm not complaining at all. It gets very hot here in the summers (not due to global warming. It's always hot here in the summers) and the cold weather is a relief. Besides, running the fireplace is very cozy! :)

Was 80 today in south FL. It's times like these that living down here is very sweet. Going to go down into the 40's tomorrow night, though.

Getting to the car (We park on the street and have to walk a few yars to get to our cars) is one treacherous walk. I haven't fallen--YET. But I've had several close calls.

Had to wrap my plants for the second time this season. Only going up to 60 today, MadZ, but 30 and possibly lower at night. Actually had to wear shoes and socks...for a change! LOL!
Good morning, G*D bless and Maranatha!

I see that you are going into the interview business. Let me provide some pointers from my experience.

1 Try to find out stuff we do not allready know.

2 Attempt to tailor the individual's interest or skill. One would not ask Ducky about Wrestling.

3 Remember the best interviews are entertaining.

4 It is hard to work with a bad interviewee.

Good luck
