Al Franken??

Warning... the following commentary contains coarse language.
So just how stupid are the fucking morons of Minnesota?
You would have thought they learned their lesson after Jesse "the body" Ventura.
Obviously, they did not. Gov. Ventura, at least thought for himself, even if he would have been embarrassed by appearing on the show "Are You Smarter Than a 5th Grader".
Al Franken is a pathetic comedian. The only thing funny about Al Franken is AL FRANKEN...diapers and all.
But there is a silver lining. With a filibuster proof Congress, the Democratic Party will be held responsible for every piece of legislation that Mr. Obama signs.
There won't be any "blame it on Republicans or it is George Bush's fault" to hide behind.
Obama will not be able to claim that the policies of George Bush are the reason he has quadrupled the deficit within 6 months of taking office.
As our troops withdraw from all major towns and cities of Iraq, any failure will squarely be placed on Obama.
On a completely different subject:
Is anyone as tired as I am of black people consistently crying racism over every issue regardless of any factual basis.

I found it amusing as Sean 'Puff Daddy' Combs blamed the press for it's coverage of Michael Jackson's death...saying racist reporting dominated the coverage of Michael Jackson's death. Maybe if Michael Jackson had stopped sleeping with young boys or paying off families who claimed molestation, the press might have covered his death differently.

Let's be honest, the guy was a freak of nature. Blessed with unprecedented skills, his dancing and singing helped usher in MTV and worldwide popularity. At one time, he might very well have been the most recognized person on this planet. But he never grew up. His family was interested in Michael for only what they could get, not for helping him when he landed in crisis. Never growing up, he felt most comfortable around young boys and having surgery after surgery to make himself appear younger and more white.
Michael Jackson wanted to be white, regardless of what ever Al Sharpton claims.

I just wish the press would have spent a little more time on Billy Hayes and Farrah Fawcett. Their untimely deaths deserved more.

WHY WE FIGHT

Christian Man Raped, Murdered for Refusing to Convert to Islam, Family Says
Fox News
A young Christian man was raped and brutally murdered in Pakistan for refusing to convert to Islam, and police are doing nothing about it, the victim's brother and minister told FOXNews.com.

Pakistani police reportedly found the body of Tariq "Litto" Mashi Ghauri — a 28-year-old university student in Sargodha, Pakistan — lying dead in a canal outside a rural village in Punjab Province on May 15. He had been raped and stabbed at least five times.

"They have sexually abuse him, torture him with a knife on his testicle and genitals," Ghauri's brother, 24-year-old Salman Nabil Ghauri, said. "They have tortured him very badly, and after that they have stabbed five times with a knife and killed him."

Pure Horseshit

"Obama impressed Muslims with his humility and respect and they were thrilled by his citing of Quranic verses. Aiming to repair ties with the Muslim world that had been strained under his predecessor George W. Bush, he opened with the traditional Arabic greeting "Assalamu Aleikum," which drew enthusiastic applause from his audience at Cairo University."

Does the press really think Americans are so completely stupid that they forgot we were attacked barely 8 months into the Bush presidency. Osama bin Laden had declared war on America after the first Gulf War when Saudi Arabia allowed American military on Saudi soil. I suppose they also believe we have completely forgotten the attacks on our embassies that were coordinated by Al Qaeda during the Clinton years.
Was George Bush secretly hiding on the USS Cole when it was attacked?
But the blame it all on Bush game plays best practically among the far left press which parcels out what information they believe Americans want to hear. Obama can do no wrong. even as he squarely places the blame on the Republican Party.
So as we marched down the road to socialism and revisionist history, maybe it's time to remember why the 2nd amendment was written.

Sotomayor "I'm Better Than a White Man!"

Sotomayor clearly believes it. She has stated so:

"I would hope that a wise Latina woman with the richness of her experiences would more often than not reach a better conclusion than a white male who hasn't lived that life."

I wonder if a white man would even have been nominated had he stated just the opposite.
Reverse discrimination has become the norm rather than the exception and it is not only tolerated but is openly supported by those in power.
Particularly by those in the Obama administration.

Another Name Change?

In all honesty, I thought the previous title was borderline racist and not in good taste.
It's just with all this 'political correctness', I'm going a little bit crazy.
Did anybody take the time to watch both Mr. Obama and former VP Dick Cheney speeches yesterday?
Both speeches were a little wordy but if you took the time to look at the substance and not who is more articulate, Cheney clearly won.
I don't think there has ever been a Vice President who worked more unselfishly than VP Cheney. He clearly never had any desire for higher office.
I'm pretty sure the same cannot be said about the current vice president.
I would not be surprised if Obama switched vice presidents before the next election.
I think it's obvious that Mr. Obama is an extremely articulate person but being articulate doesn't make you right.
It seems to me that he made campaign promises without thinking out the consequences. Wasn't closing Guantánamo the first thing he promised to do?
Even his own party knows he is absolutely clueless on the issue when House Democratic leaders Monday dropped President Obama’s request for $81 million to close the Guantanamo Bay prison camp, bowing to strong criticism that the administration lacks a plan to relocate terror suspects detained there.
Has the war on terror ended and they forgot to tell the terrorist? Why in gods name, would we return prisoners of war before the war is over. These people were captured in combat, is Obama so naïve that he believes these prisoners now want to sit around the campfire and sing kumbaya with Americans, Israelis or any Western society?
I've been to Guantanamo Bay for 3 weeks when I was in the Coast Guard. Happily, I was never put under enhanced interrogation but I can pretty much guarantee that the prisoners we took in combat have been treated better than any Americans captured in combat. That's because all Americans that have been captured are now dead.
VP Dick Cheney clearly had a better command of the issues.
About all Obama said was rehashed campaign rhetoric about restoring America's moral leadership and his current line "blame it on Bush".
With Mr. Obama clearly on the path of bankrupting this country, the "blame it on Bush" routine will not work forever. It's time for him to take some responsibility.

How about Hairless?

I thought about shaving it all off, I'm talking commando style. But something keeps holding me back. I mean, it's definitely a masculine look but it also brings up images of skinheads and race haters.
For the moment, I think I'll pass.
Why rush?

The Return of the American Crusader

I needed a break.
Didn't really expect it to last nearly 2 years with an odd comment thrown in from time to time.
Nancy, Brooke, AOW,and Elmer w/brothers in tow.. I really appreciate the fact that even after all this time, you have found enough time to see if I've posted anything new. A pretty fruitless search BUT... it's time for a return.
I am not surprised to see the same committed people still hard at work.
First off, this friggen wig is driving me crazy. For those of you who do not know my real appearance, I actually have straight hair.
Whoops a faux pas!! My hair is what it is and I have no obligation to tell you.
Who can forget Bill Clinton's punt on THAT issue?
I will admit to a period of depression after watching John McCain self implode. If there is ever a documentary made to show HOW NOT TO RUN A CAMPAIGN, I have an idea of where you can find plenty of footage. I think even 'Joe the Plumber' had enough and probably either didn't voted or voted for Obama.
This was a rather fairly expensive campaign for me... I did contribute the max for McCain and even a few more dollars To the Republican National Committee. But the real cost came when some idiotic nappy headed ho decided to practice a strong right hook to my 39 inch HD television.
And no... they will not accept returns when the glass has clearly spidered across the screen.
I never claimed to be a member of Mensa, so let that go without comment.
Now before I post this, I want to sincerely apologize to any queers offended by my straight hair.
Adios
PS: I am learning Spanish (seriously..it is a beautiful language) because the checkout girls at our local A&P did not have the English skills to tell me where the hair straightener was located.

I'm Being Framed "Help me Wanda Sykes!"

Lie?? Me?? Do I look like a liar to you?
I'm Nancy Pelisi and this is nothing more then the CIA trying to smear me.

I can't show you my notes which would completely exonerate me because it goes against my well-known position on privacy and freedom of speech.... but you can surely trust me. I'm Nancy Pelosi!

Obama's notes?? So what if they confirm the CIA's position? He is out to get me also! Obama is afraid I will be the first woman elected president.
I've even heard that North Korea's president Kim Jong Il and Iran's Mahmoud Ahmadinejad are in on the plot to thwart my bid for presidency.

It's a man thing. We women need to stick together. Will somebody please call Carrie Prejean!

Truthfully though... how can you not trust a face like mine? And for the 100th time, no I did not get a facelift or my nose fixed.

Nappy Headed Ho

Even though in today's society, where only those on the left seem to have the right to free speech, I fully support Wanda Sykes's freedom to lambaste Rush Limbaugh, Sean Hannity and VP Dick Cheney.
Under this administration, freedom of speech is guaranteed as long as it's gay friendly (ask Carrie Prejean), anti-Republican (never mention John Murtha being investigated for his close ties with lobbyist), anti-morality and divisive. I couldn't help but notice how our president could barely contain himself from uncontrollable laughter. Can you believe that she called Rush Limbaugh anti-American because he once stated that he wanted the Obama administration to fail. Not every American wants this country to become a socialist country...but his right to free speech gets him labeled un-American.
This is after eight years of liberals blasting President Bush on every topic, issue or policy that he ever mentioned or pursued. Even Jimmy Carter called Bush the worst president ever (Jimmy Carter? Well what would you expect from a peanut farmer).
I wonder if Obama will still be blaming Bush after two years in office. Who knows, that might be his campaign slogan in 2012.

John 15:13

No one shows greater love than when he lays down his life for his friends.

No it's not Veterans Day or Memorial Day but we should never let those fighting for our freedoms be forgotten. Keep them in your prayers every day.

Pres. Barack Obama wants federal control of companies deemed too large to fail.
Does the government really believe that they can do a better job?
Their only plan to get us out of this recession is to spend more money.
If you were trapped in debt and your accountant said there is only one way out; open up a few more credit card accounts and keep spending, would you take that advice?
Well apparently the Democratic Congress has.

Obama Wants Feds to Be Super Cops

WASHINGTON – The Federal Reserve could become the supercop for "too big to fail" companies capable of causing another financial meltdown under a proposal being seriously considered by the White House.

The Obama administration told industry officials on Friday that it was leaning toward making such a recommendation, according to officials who attended a private one-hour meeting between President Barack Obama's economic advisers and representatives from about a dozen banks, hedge funds and other financial groups.

Treasury Secretary Timothy Geithner and other officials made it clear they were not inclined to divide the job among various regulators as has been suggested by industry and some federal regulators. Geithner told the group that one organization needs to be held responsible for monitoring systemwide risk.

"Committees don't make decisions," said Geithner, according to one participant.

Committees don't make decisions?
Isn't that the purpose of our Congress?
Does Obama believe that without their hindrance that perhaps he could do a better job?
Haven't we heard this before?
Stalin would be proud.
