While I sincerely hope that his wife gets cured from her cancer, lately, all I've been hearing is her talking about her cancer, and him talking about his campaign and the courage put forth by his wife.

Put two and two together, and you get a bunch of people who will feel sorry for the two of them, and then vote for Edwards.
