CAIR's Solution
CAIR's solution in the case of the flying imams is that Muslims should not only be allowed to exhibit threatening behaviors to others, but that passengers should be prohibited from reporting any of these behaviors--to anyone.
Sounds ridiculous? Check paragraph 21 in the recent lawsuit.
It describes “John Doe” defendants whose identity the imams’ attorneys are still investigating. It reads: “Defendants ‘John Does’ were passengers … who contacted U.S. Airways to report the alleged ’suspicious’ behavior of Plaintiffs’ performing their prayer at the airport terminal.”
Paragraph 22 adds: “Plaintiffs will seek leave to amend this Complaint to allege true names, capacities, and circumstances supporting [these defendants’] liability … at such time as Plaintiffs ascertain the same.”
CAIR not only plans to sue the airlines but the passengers who reported the suspicious behavior.
By now, everyone knows that CAIR is representing the flying imams in a lawsuit to be filed at their behalf. Their lawsuit appears to be the latest component in a national campaign to intimidate airlines and government agencies from acting prudently to ensure passenger safety.
In a 38-page document filed in U.S. District Court in Minneapolis, the plaintiffs said they were "horrified and humiliated" after police removed them, under pilot's orders, from the plane in front of dozens of other passengers Nov. 20 "as if they were criminals."
Guess what? They ARE criminals.
The airlines number one responsibility is to provide safe and secure air transportation to the flying public.
International laws have been passed that directly relate to "Acting in a manner likely to endanger an aircraft or any person on board."
By now, most people realize that this entire event was orchestrated by CAIR.
CAIR is a terrorist organization using the legal system to weaken airport security.

When is CAIR going to be outlawed for being a threat to national security? It is clear their aim is destroy America. They make the ACLU look good!!
Well ducky, if you really need a review, here it is...
First, they switched from their assigned seats to a pattern associated with the September 11 terrorist attacks and also found in probes of U.S. security since the attacks — two in the front row first-class, two in the middle of the plane on the exit aisle and two in the rear of the cabin.
“That would alarm me,” said a federal air marshal who asked to remain anonymous. “They now control all of the entry and exit routes to the plane.”
A pilot from another airline said: “That behavior has been identified as a terrorist probe in the airline industry.”
Is it reasonable to believe that six men who knew each other, were coming from the same event, and flying to the same city, would have gone out of their way to not sit together, unless there were an ulterior motive? Obviously that in itself is a bit suspicious, but let’s move on shall we?
Second two flight attendants told police that three of the men asked for seat-belt extenders, although none were heavy. One flight attendant told police she “found this unsettling, as crew knew about the six [passengers] on board and where they were sitting.” Rather than attach the extensions, the men placed the straps and buckles on the cabin floor, the flight attendant said.
Third, they also were reportedly overheard, prior to boarding the airplane, having a political conversation in which they condemned America, while praising Bin Laden. Put this all together and ask yourself, if you were a passenger on this flight, would you be even a little nervous about flying with these six men?
Truth is ducky, if you had happened to have been a passenger on that flight, you would have been the first to hit the exit.
You see AC if you are a moonbat who actively campaigns on behalf of Islamist terrorists you will not have to worry about such things.
Such activism will endow you with a special cloak of invulnerability to terrorism.

CAIR staged this on purpose - and, no better a place to do it than in newly elected Ellison's district.

they'll own michigan, but who really cares? you're talking about people who voted jesse ventura into office - they like being revolutionary better than saving face...or neck...
look where being revolutionary has gotten the entire left coast. up to their eyeballs in alligators and the swamp's running out.
p.s. - as a christian, while out to eat, our family DOES bow our heads in silent prayer and thanksgiving at every meal. our children are unafraid and quite frankly, in the south you'd be considered a freak if you didn't!
