Another Crook in CONgress Blames it on RACE

Politico~ A House ethics subcommittee has completed its investigation into allegations of wrongdoing by Rep. Maxine Waters (D-Calif.), and could announce its next steps before lawmakers leave town for the August recess Friday, according to sources familiar with the process.
So what to do? You're caught with your fingers in the cookie jar.. Even Barney Frank advised against your actions but you couldn't pass up the opportunity to get some of that TARP money.
Only one thing left to do. Since all the members of the Ethics Committee are white, blame it on race.
And better yet, most of your constituents are also black, they might even believe it. And even if they don't, it's payback time.
